What is Sound Healing?
Sound Healing, Sound Meditation, and Sound Bath are all the same forms of mindfulness meditation practice that help align your body, mind, and heart into a coherent flow. It aims to place you in a relaxed state, allowing you to function optimally and creatively in your everyday lives, easing away stress and anxiety. Based in Uxbridge, Circle Sounds Healing London is founded by Cherlyn, who started her journey in the corporate environment. At age 40, a shift in perspective has led her to seek awareness in life to understand the root of discomfort and to continue learning as a Psychology student. Doing so has given her a feeling of purpose, fulfilment and motivation to aid others in their self-discovery journey.
