One to one sessions:
We will keep your personal information, including contact details and session notes, in accordance with the GDPR legislation. You will be requested to accept your adherence to these rules. Please note that you can withdraw your acceptance at any time by contacting me via email to flow@circlesoundshealing.co.uk

Everything shared during the sessions is confidential unless I believe there is a risk to you or someone else. In that case, I will seek your permission to disclose information. However, if you refuse and I still consider there to be a genuine risk, I will breach confidentiality, but I will always inform you that I am doing so and to whom. I am also required by law to provide information if needed for legal proceedings. If required, I will discuss the sessions with my mentor to gain another perspective, but all discussions will remain anonymous and you will always be consulted first hand.
